This page explains what happens to your information when you use ScribdeDownloader. The short version: we ask for almost nothing, and we don’t sell anything we do collect.

Using the downloader itself doesn’t require a name, an email, or an account. The link you paste is processed to generate your file and is not tied to your identity in any way we store long-term. Standard technical data such as browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and pages visited may be collected automatically for basic analytics and security, the same way most websites operate.

Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies to keep the site running smoothly and to serve the ads that fund it. Some of these cookies come from third-party advertising and analytics providers, who may use them to show relevant ads based on your browsing across different sites. Third-Party Services
Parts of the download process route through third-party infrastructure to generate and deliver your file. Those providers handle the data involved in that specific request and are not permitted to use it for anything beyond completing the conversion.

We don’t keep a library of the documents people convert. Files are generated on request and are not stored on our servers once your session ends.
